What type of payment does VJPeace accept?
We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks, money orders, and payment through PayPal.*
* PayPal is a payment method that allows you to make purchases without displaying your financial information or credit card number. So that when you opt to pay for your Vjpeace.com purchase with your PayPal account, you'll be asked for the email address that is linked with your account.

The photographs of products on this website may not always reflect what we have in stock. Since manufacturers regularly modify and revamp the look of their bottle designs, we may list an old bottle design on our website but ship the same product in its newer packaging. On the other hand, we could also show the newest design of a product on our website but carry the product with its previous design.
Due to the sheer number of products we list on our website, you may occasionally find typographical errors on a product. Typographical errors on a product give us the right to cancel your order for your own protection.
Any Damaged or defective items in your order must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery by shipping carrier. After 14 days of the delivery date, returned items will not be accepted.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer standard shipping, in addition to other express carrier methods.
Standard orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Some orders, however, could take 3-5 days to process and ship. Your order could be shipped using different shipping carriers, according to its weight and value. We will use either FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). We will only charge your credit card when we ship your order. If you would like us to use express mailing, please contact us at: sales@vjpeace.com.
We ship to every state in the USA, as well as to some countries overseas.
Please note that very large or odd-shaped orders may be charged additional shipping fees. (This mostly applies to International and Express delivery shipments.)
International shipments: Import duties and VAT/Sales tax must be paid by the customer. The local Postal Service may return your order to us for lack of payment of Import duties and VAT/Sales tax. In this case, we will not refund the original shipping charges. And you will be charged for any penalties that may incur.
Please allow 14 days for your order to arrive.

Can I exchange or return my purchased product to VJPeace?
DUE TO HEALTH CODE REGULATIONS, Vjpeace.com DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. (We only accept returns in the case of damaged products.)
In the case of damaged items, please return them within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange, or contact us at sales@vjpeace.com . To be eligible for an exchange, damaged items must be returned unused, and with its original packaging. We will then process your claim.
In the case of returned items, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number you receive from us must be written on the outside of the box. (Also, please include the packing slip inside.) Orders returned without this authorization number are not eligible for an exchange.
We strongly recommend that you use insurance. To expedite your return, please make return requests through email. Once we have received and processed your returned order, we will contact you via email to inform you of your exchange.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for unauthorized returns. Returned orders must be authorized by us, and return arrangements must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All unauthorized returns revert to the property of Vjpeace.com, and will be discarded.
We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the circumstances, we will exchange your order for items of an equal or greater value. Please email us your request.
